By paying for this service, the payer (“You”) hereby indicates their desire to enroll in MCAT coaching with JustAddTutor LLC dba Trevor Klee, Tutor (“Us”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Payment
MCAT coaching is $299/month, payable each month on whichever day you started coaching (unless that day doesn’t exist on a given month, in which case you’re charged on the last day of that month).
Payment is done through credit card or debit card through Stripe. We will automatically charge your card on the appropriate day. If we are unable to charge your card for any reason, coaching will stop immediately (i.e. the only communications pending resolution will be with regards to payment or administration).
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time by contacting us. We will not charge you again. Coaching will continue until the end of the paid period, and we will not pro-rate your coaching.
Guarantee
We want to make sure MCAT coaching is a good fit for you. After paying for MCAT coaching, you may cancel at any point within the first 7 days for a full refund of your payment. MCAT coaching will also stop when you’ve cancelled.
Cancellations at any point after the first 7 days will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Your satisfaction
Your satisfaction with our services is really important to us. If at any point you’re not satisfied with your coach, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation, including placing you with an alternative coach.
